Born in 2020, PAIRI DAEZA, meaning “walled garden” in ancient Persian, aims to reclaim a suppressed identity and endangered heritage through its unique, hybrid styles where East meets West and mysticism converges with practicality.
Led by two Iranian sisters, Yasaman Rezaee and Nastaran Rezaee, PAIRI DAEZA embodies diversity, self-expression, freedom, inclusivity, craftsmanship, and sustainability. The brand’s vision transcends borders, collaborating with small, marginalized communities of artisans in Iran to create versatile, avant-garde pieces imbued with symbolism.
Yasaman Rezaee, the creative soul behind PAIRI DAEZA, draws inspiration from her background in architecture and a deep-rooted desire to revive Iranian identity through fashion. After studying in Cyprus and working as an architect in Iran, Yasaman pursued Fashion Design at Istituto Marangoni, Milan. Her journey led her to explore Iranian arts and crafts, forging partnerships with marginalized artisans to infuse their refined craftsmanship into her designs.
Complementing Yasaman’s creative vision is her sister Nastaran Rezaee, the brand’s business mind. With a background in computer engineering and experience in software development, Nastaran transitioned into the world of fashion, studying Fashion and Luxury Brand Management at Istituto Marangoni, Milan. Drawing from her expertise, Nastaran brings strategic insights to PAIRI DAEZA, ensuring the brand’s growth and success.
