I know that Pamella Roland is known for Hollywood-ready red carpet evening gowns, yet I would like to focus on the few but very sophisticated blazers and pants or else pantsuits she sent down the runway for Spring/Summer 2019. I was seating across gorgeous Ms Nicky Hilton Rothschild who in all her elegance and charm was admiring the style offerings. My favorites, as I already mentioned, were a little more practical.
Many noticed how figure-flattering was the yellow pantsuit with pearl trimming playing the roll of body-slimming darting. The single-button notch-lapel blazer collaborated well with the straight-leg pants in further elongating the model’s physique. The color was bright and cheery, bringing optimism to the catwalk. It wasn’t only highly photographable but also a look that is equally amazing in real life; beyond Instagram filters or editorial touch-ups.
I also liked the whimsical aspect of another classic pantsuit; mainly the idea of an almost one-shoulder (or cold-shoulder) blazer with flared long sleeves and rounded asymmetric hem. Bell bottoms gave the outfit a 70s feel. The contrast tux lapel was embellished for added glamour.
For an alternative approach to eveningwear, I would also suggest this silver sequined bolero jacket and jumpsuit ensemble with a plunging neckline and a disco feel.
