During Milan Fashion Week, SA SU PHI unveiled its Fall/Winter 2026 collection in a presentation that distilled the brand’s philosophy into a refined and disciplined visual language. Staged at Fondazione Giangiacomo Feltrinelli, the striking architectural landmark designed by Herzog & de Meuron, the show unfolded as a reflection of Milan itself—intellectual, layered, and evolving while remaining deeply rooted in its cultural identity.
The collection spoke to a woman defined by quiet authority. Cultured, intuitive, and instinctively confident, she moves through the city with a sense of ease, shaping her wardrobe with the same precision that Milan applies to architecture and design. Within this framework, SA SU PHI presented a wardrobe guided by proportion, texture, and the intimate dialogue between clothing and the body.
At the center of the collection was knitwear, long a defining signature of the house. For Fall/Winter 2026, knitwear became the structural backbone of the entire wardrobe. Chunky cashmere rendered in a vertically graphic English rib created sculptural silhouettes that felt both powerful and enveloping. 
Bell-shaped capes, voluminous skirts, and padded collars conceived as necklace-like forms transformed knitwear into architecture. Oversized wide-brim hats reinforced the sculptural language, adding a striking sense of presence.
Tailoring emerged around this knit foundation with softened precision. Deconstructed suits in cashmere and wool introduced relaxed structure, while silk tailoring reframed the codes of formality with fluid elegance.
The silhouettes carried clarity without severity, suggesting garments designed for a life that evolves naturally from day to evening. Rather than dividing time into separate wardrobes, the SA SU PHI woman recalibrates her look throughout the day, adjusting proportion, texture, and color with instinctive ease.
Material contrasts enriched the collection’s narrative. Checked and herringbone wools grounded the wardrobe with a sense of rigor, while liquid silks in silver and gold introduced an element of movement and surprise. Duchesse satin, silk twill, and double satin added a polished sartorial dimension, creating moments where structure and fluidity met with architectural clarity.
Color functioned as a graphic instrument throughout the collection. The palette was rooted in Milanese restraint—navy, bordeaux, grey, military green, and camel—while black and white defined the structural framework of the silhouettes.
Into this disciplined base came vibrant accents of mint, pink, lemon yellow, light blue, and orange-red, sharpening silhouettes and introducing rhythm across the runway. Metallic silver and gold appeared as controlled flashes of luminosity.
The season also marked an important milestone for the brand with the debut of SA SU PHI’s first shoe, PHI. Developed in collaboration with footwear designer Diego Dolcini, the design drew inspiration from the Golden Ratio, a timeless principle associated with harmony and balance.
The mid-heeled silhouette combined soft black leather with duchesse silk, allowing the shoe to transition seamlessly from day to evening. Styled with black cashmere gaiters, the design acquired added graphic discipline, visually evolving into a boot.
Italian craftsmanship anchored every detail of the collection. Fabrics were chosen beginning with their tactile presence on the skin, emphasizing comfort, ease, and confidence. Proportions were carefully considered to define character, while sartorial details elevated function into expression. Each look communicated a clear sense of femininity—assured, thoughtful, and unmistakably modern.
Against the dramatic geometry of the Feltrinelli Foundation, the collection felt inseparable from the city that inspired it. Milan served as both framework and language, shaping a wardrobe that reflected its layered beauty and intellectual energy.
