Lucas Hugh: Sleek and Minimalist Multi-Sportswear!

We are already craving this collection, although we are not there yet. It’s still spring! This FW15 treasure by high-fashion performance wear label, Lucas Hugh, is thankfully launching online and through selected retailers in June. So we need to wait, but not that much. I know that you are huge fans of the brand since you’ve massively red my previous post on it, so once again I’m sharing their exciting news with you!

True to the brand’s elegant yet bold counterpoint aesthetic, the collection’s ultra-modern, clean and feminine look is rooted in masculine tailoring and classic sportswear.

“We wanted to create something highly contemporary by deconstructing something very classic and yet maintain a more tailored look. Like our pinstripe – cut and sliced in the design lines to create a dynamic, futuristic and high-performance silhouette,” said Creative Director Anjhe Mules.

Graphic-bold and ultra-fine stripes feature alongside a delicate typographic print that reads as a spot. On key pieces, the signature seasonal print captures the fresh energy of a winter morning with painterly brush strokes. The distinctly Lucas Hugh blend of artistry, technical performance and functional detail is evident throughout and, for the first time this season, encompasses pieces for boxing, triathlon, surf and cycling disciplines.

The Pro series of leggings, suits and shorts offers the sleekest options for multi-sport performance; the tri-suit brings figure-flattering confidence to the practicalities of triathlon; and the functional elegance of the tailored short and floe tunic epitomize a label that really cares about how today’s woman fuses exercise into her daily life.

Leggings are engineered in high compression, body-sculpt fabric with firmly supportive and flattering waistbands. Dry release fabrics, ventilation inserts and sculpting inner support layers are used across the collection and signature high visibility detailing features throughout. Workout is good, but even better when it happens with great sense of style!
