General Idea about Men’s Fashion

general_idea1Colorful outfits, inventive tailoring, youthful spirit, smart accessories and great variety of styles constitute General Idea Collection Spring/Summer 2011, presented during MB Fashion Week in NY (Lincoln Center). It is a very interesting menswear collection designed by the multi-talented Bumsuk Choi from the Rebublic of Korea who began his international career in 2004 when he was 26. The collection included fantastic outerwear such as long jackets with sophisticated, voluminous neckline details, block-colored shirts, classical shorts, pieces with graffiti prints, transparent tops in neutral shades, 80’s inspired street style looks and long vests. Choi addresses with his creation the modern man, an urban creature looking continuously for something new and consuming only novelties. This collection seems to be an upcoming commercial success. Sorry for not having so many photos at this Gallery, but I was run out of battery during the show.
