Festive Sparkly Shoes!

High heels might be quite common during the holiday season but I’m willing to incorporate into my list of festive shoes, many different styles and even flats. The height of the heel is not a defining factor. The strongest prerequisite for a New Year’s Eve party is embellishment. Glitter, sequins, beads, crystals, faux gems and leather in metallic shades will be your way to shine bright and stand out. Your shoes need to be elegant and sparkly!

Depending on the dress code or else the occasion, you can adopt high-heel sandals, mid-heel pumps, kitten-heel slingbacks, ballerinas and even flat slippers, as long as they are decorated with something luminous and reflective. Make sure that you match their style with the length of the dress, the skirt, the pants, and the coat. Midi skirts are incredible with kitten heels, while maxis require further consideration of a person’s height too.

Try also to combine carefully the mood of your garments with that of the accessories. You can definitely mix & match different things but better get some professional advice when in doubt. Pick among the basic styles of the perfect eveningwear shoe: the strappy stiletto sandal, the platform pump, the fancy Mary Janes, and the sleek & chic kitten-heel stunners. Make sure of course that you should feel comfortable in your shoes all night long and that you should be able to dance without suffering.
