Fashion designers, hairdressers and makeup artists are the best in row to take advantage of a movie success. This year “Twilight” benefited BB Dakota label since one of the jackets produced by it was worn by Kristen Stewart’s character Bella Swan in the movie. This unexpected popularity make the American fashion label decide the launching of a new range of clothes based on the vampire film. What is interesting is that the canvas coat, that is now so well-known, was not supposed to be used at all. It’s mere luck that it happened. As Twilight costume designer Wendy Chuck said: I was planning to use the brown hoodie for that sequence but the director of photography hated the fact that her hair and the jacket were both brown and felt she got lost in it.” The new line will be in the market fall 2010 and will include skinny pants, hoodies and other outdoor-style clothes inspired by the film.
